The lister has 48 hours to accept. You're only charged once they do — never before.

Pick up
In person or by delivery. Wear it, then send it back by the agreed date.
A deposit that comes back
Charged separately from the rental, refunded as soon as the lister confirms the piece came back in good condition.
ID verified
Every lister verifies her identity before publishing a piece. Renters do too, above a certain amount.
Cleaned by the lister
Each lister cleans her own piece between rentals, for a cleaning fee she sets herself — included in your booking total.
