The lister has 48 hours to accept. You're only charged once they do — never before.

Pick up

In person or by delivery. Wear it, then send it back by the agreed date.

Covered against damage

A small protection fee included in every booking covers minor damage automatically — no deposit, no hassle.

ID verified

Every lister verifies her identity before publishing a piece. Renters do too, above a certain amount.

Cleaned by the lister

Each lister cleans her own piece between rentals, for a cleaning fee she sets herself — included in your booking total.
